Bookings and payments for your classes
Keep-open gives dance, fitness and wellbeing businesses a booking page of their own. Your customers book and pay online, the money goes straight to your Stripe account, and Keep-open sends the reminders, runs the waiting list and works out refunds from your policy.
It's made for studios, schools and teachers who run classes on set dates, with a limited number of places.

What it does
Keep-open covers the whole booking, from the class page to the refund. You set up your classes, prices and policies once, and Keep-open applies them to every booking.
For your customers
- A booking page in your own colours, with your logo, that you can also embed in your website.
- A calendar that shows which days have places, and jumps to the next free date.
- One booking for several people, such as two adults and a child.
- Payment by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, plus other ways to pay that you turn on in Stripe.
- Emails that confirm each booking, a reminder 24 hours before, and a link to manage it.
Classes, tickets and prices
- Classes, workshops and courses, each with its own dates and number of places.
- Tickets you set up once, like Adult, Child or Concession, and use on any class.
- Bundles of dates sold together, such as a month of Wednesdays, or any five classes the customer chooses.
- An automatic discount for first-timers, and discount codes.
- Your own cancellation policy, with refunds based on how much notice people give.
Running your classes
- An admin for you and your staff.
- A register for every class, with check-in and walk-ins.
- A waiting list for full classes, which offers a freed place to the next person automatically.
- Cancel a class and refund everyone booked on it.
- Refunds paid back through Stripe, with a record of each one.

How payments work
You take payments through your own Stripe account. Keep-open never holds your money.
- Your customer pays on Stripe's secure checkout. Keep-open never sees their card details.
- The money goes straight into your Stripe account. Stripe takes its usual processing fee, and you can see every payment in your Stripe dashboard.
- Refunds come back out of the same account. They follow the cancellation policy you set.
No booking fees from Keep-open. We don't take a cut of your bookings. You pay us one simple monthly plan instead.
Early access
Keep-open is in early access, working with its first studios. We set up each new business ourselves, so we can get the details right.
